LOL!! Yes, it does happen! We've had new dogs that have come and have been afraid of our cat CC, and that's just how she likes it to be!

I think you are right - those appear to be Harris's Hawks, but I can't tell how old they are. The older birds seem to be more brown, especially on the belly.
