I can believe that Washington DC isn't on the list--But I had high hopes this week when I saw a sign on the way to work that said 'Future home of Loudoun Hounds.' I thought it was a spot for a new dog park since I live in Loudoun County--But it turns out it's a baseball team...Maybe they'll be dog friendly!! :-)
